Shipping Policy
We usually ship from stock. In the rare occasion that a certain jewellery piece ist not available from we will notify you with the delivery time.

We ship with Swiss Post Standard Delivery (Uninsured). If you prefer a different shipping method or insured delivery, please leave a message in the comment box and we check if we can accommodate your request and will inform you of possible additional shipping cost.

Switzerland & Liechtenstein: 2 - 3 days
Europe: 5 - 7 days
Rest of the world: 7 - 1 4 days

It also possible to collect the order in person but only on prior appointment.

Return & Exchange Policy
Refund/Return Policy
Of course, we sincerely hope you enjoy your purchase. If you want to return it nevertheless, we accept a return for exchange within 15 days of receipt of the delivery. We will issue a credit that is valid for one year but don't provide refunds. All returns needs to be properly packaged and be sent at your expenses. The jewelry paces mustn't have an signs of wear or incorrect treatment.
